Pre-existing Conditions Provisions

Thanks to the Affordable Health Care Act starting in 2014, everyone will be able to get health insurance — that’s right, EVEN IF you already have a pre-existing condition or illness.  This will also include pregnancy!

Already in force under the new law, children under age 19 can not be denied insurance because of a pre-existing condition.  They can be rated up however.  The new law applies to family plans that offer child coverage and does not apply to “grandfathered” individual insurance policies.

To find out more about if you have a pre-existing condition, how the new law will affect you or your family, or if you have a grandfathered plan please go to http://www.helpmebuyinsurance.com or call us today at 877-740-8683.  Our services are FREE!
